Why Illuminar Consulting?
We help organizations optimize the value of IT investments through inspiring governance excellence and measurably lowering technology risk.
With a focus on people and process dimensions of cybersecurity, Illuminar Consulting partners with clients to create a security-aware culture where the value of safeguarding client and company data is understood, and is seamlessly enabled in day-to-day operations. While technical solutions are necessary, they are not sufficient.
For IT Governance
The benefits have never been greater for companies who excel in IT governance, while the stakes have never been higher for those who don't. Illuminar Consulting is passionate about governance and understands the importance of a pragmatic approach. From right-sizing application portfolios to data governance, we help firms leverage technology to increase organizational effectiveness and enhance customer experience.
For Interim & Fractional IT Leadership
Even a temporary lack of IT leadership is a risk many organizations can't afford. Consider fractional support to maintain control and momentum.
